A message from the Admissions Director
Barbara Harbin

Dear Prospective Families,

Thank you for your consideration of Pope John Paul II High School. On behalf of our professional and dedicated administration and faculty, welcome to the PJPII Admissions page.

PJPII is a strong established Catholic high school dedicated first and foremost to providing students with a Catholic education. In an environment of academic excellence, we develop the spiritual, intellectual, and physical gifts of each student.

We understand the gravity of choosing a high school. Making a sound and informed decision is very important. I invite you to spend time exploring our campus, examining our curriculum, and learning about our community.

Our students tell our story. The young people who call PJPII home for four years are unique because they choose to be united by Christian morals and values, and they are strong in faith, dedicated to service, and form lasting bonds of friendship. The boys and girls who enter here as freshmen leave us as young men and women prepared for a lifetime of success. Please take every opportunity to talk with our students.

PJPII students are exposed to a rigorous college preparatory curriculum. They are asked to challenge themselves in a variety of scholastic and extracurricular pursuits, while preparing for a successful college acceptance.

I invite your family to participate in the many opportunities available to prospective families that will help answer your questions and expose you to the fundamental nature of what Pope John Paul II High School has to offer. Our Open House on November 8, 2009 is our most comprehensive event. We also provide private tours, shadow days, attendance at sporting events, school masses and theater productions. All of these offer different insights into the value of a Pope John Paul II Catholic education. Upcoming events are all listed on the website calendar. Please join us!

I am sure you already have many questions; to help answer some of those please see our most Frequently Asked Questions

I look forward to hearing from you and working with you during the admissions process.
